🦊 Swapfox Privacy Policy

Swapfox is built to work without knowing who you are. This policy explains what that means in practice.

We don't collect personal data

Swapfox has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. We don't collect, store, sell or share any personal information, and the app contains no third-party SDKs.

What stays on your device

Your currency list, settings, saved exchange rates and rate alerts are stored only on your iPhone. Deleting the app deletes them.

Exchange-rate downloads

To get current rates, the app downloads public rate files from the open-source exchange-api project, served by jsDelivr and Cloudflare content delivery networks. These requests contain no personal data. Like any website, those providers may briefly log technical information such as IP addresses under their own privacy policies.

Camera

If you use Price Tag Scan, the camera image is analyzed on your device by Apple's VisionKit to find prices. Images are never saved or sent anywhere. Camera access is only requested when you open the scanner, and you can revoke it anytime in iOS Settings.

Notifications

Rate alerts are local notifications generated on your device. We don't use push notification servers.

Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We never receive your payment details. See Apple's privacy policy for details.

Children

Swapfox doesn't collect data from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
